Annual Maintenance
We recommend servicing your door and opener once a year. We will come out and do a 21 point safety inspection, lube the door and opener and make any minor adjustments. $49.00
Service Call
Our service call is $59.95, which we will waive with repair, all we ask is a 3-5 can donation to our great partner, St. Mary's Food Bank. Parts and labor additional cost
Warranties
We offer a 5 yr. parts and labor warranty on all door parts or installs. don't be fooled by the lifetime warranty companies. They will charge labor to replace the free part under warranty, usually more than a new one is.
